TROUBLE LOGGING IN

ON A COMPUTER BROWSER (Chrome, Firefox, Safari):


There are two ways to access your Trainer's portal:


1.Go to FitClients.com and click on Client Log In in the top right corner.

  • Enter your trainer's subdomain in the Trainer's Domain area (Ask your Trainer for this info)
  • Do not enter a "www." before your trainer's domain
2. Go to your Trainer's subdomain "http://subdomain.fitclients.com"

    • DO NOT enter "www." in the search bar. You will arrive at an error page or a blank page depending on your browser.

    Once you reach the login page:
    • Enter the email used to create your account
    • Enter the password used to create your account
      • Error: Log In Failed
        • Try reseting your password by clicking the blue "Forgot Password?" link under the log in screen. You'll be able to create a new password, and shouldn't have any trouble logging in.
      • Error: Account Not Registered
        • Click the "Create an Account" link under the log in screen and enter the email used to create an account. This will allow you to create a password for the account that was created.
      • I don't have a password
        • Click the "Create an Account" link under the log in screen and enter the email used to create an account. This will allow you to create a password for the account that was created.


    ON THE iOS APP:

    • Download the iOS App on your iPhone
    • Enter your Trainer ID (Ask your Trainer for this info)
    • Enter the email used to create your account
    • Enter the password used to create your account
      • Error: Log In Failed

    TROUBLE REGISTERING


    If the registration link in your email isn't working:

     

    1. Go to your Trainer's subdomain http://yoursubdomain.fitclients.com (make sure there is no "www." in the URL)
    2. Click on "Create an Account"
    3. Click on "I'd rather sign in with email" and enter the email address that your Trainer sent the Registration link to
    4. Follow the steps to create an account

    1. What is the name and email of your Trainer?
    2. What browser are you working on? (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc or iOS App)
    3. What error are you receiving?
    4. At what point in the process are you receiving this error?
