The message feature lets you quickly send emails to the clients, groups and teams in your account.


To send a message, go to the Users > Messages page and click the ‘new’ button in the top right corner. Search for any groups, clients, or teams you want to send the message to, and then click ‘Next’. After writing your subject and message contents, you can review your message before sending. When everything looks right, click ‘Send’! It may take up to 30 minutes for your message to be delivered.


Your clients can send messages to the other members of their group or team from the client portal.
